Our top cell therapy client is looking for an esblaished CMC Project manager to support mutliple clinical stage programs at their faciltiy in Waltham.

Description:

• Manage multiple programs including program timelines, dashboards, meeting minutes, and setting up and driving meetings with key stakeholders

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders by efficiently communicating with all cross-functional teams

• Gain acceptance of proposals, changes, and decisions to ensure the completion of projects in alignment with set goals

• Schedule and lead group meetings (project team meetings, target specific monthly meetings), record minutes, send out action items and be responsible for the follow-up on action items

• Update SharePoint sites with dashboards for each program bi-monthly to effectively communicate project progress and adherence to timeline

• Challenge the team to anticipate risks, proactively manage the risks and develop mitigation strategies for key decision points to minimize delays

• Build and maintain tools, systems, and processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness

• Assist with the expansion of the project management function as needed with the company (ex. implementation of tools, additional meeting series, etc.)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements:

• BS/MS with a minimum of 5-7+ years of project/program management experience

• Experience in project management, and even more broadly, program management

o Must be comfortable with the day-to-day project management tasks (meeting minutes, agendas, etc.)

• PMP license/certification not required but a plus

• Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Previous experience working in CMC space required, previous experience in cell therapy highly desired

• Experience in preclinical – early clinical/IND phase companies

Shedule:

 It is a M-F 1st shift position. It is hybrid and they must report to Waltham 2-3 days/wk.
