Job Title: Clinical Research Educator

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Educator to coordinate and teach specialty courses, advanced practice core science courses, and evidence-based practice courses. This role involves participating in the planning and implementation of scholarship requirements for the program and teaching program curricula. The educator is responsible for ensuring compliance with educational standards and guidelines published by accrediting bodies for graduate nursing education. Specific duties include providing teaching, support, and coordination of a pharmacology course for the fall semester, delivering Nurse Anesthesia specialty lectures, and conducting oral board examinations for Nurse Anesthesia APRN students.

Hard Skills

• Teach/coordinate courses assigned by leadership and program chair
• Prepare graduate students for advanced clinical, functional and leadership roles
• Ensure compliance with individual and institutional regulatory, licensure, professional, ethical and accreditation standards
• Provide Nurse Anesthesia specialty lectures (pre-recorded digital format or live lecture based), simulation experiences, oral board examinations
• Construct, coordinate and manage the curriculum for an advanced pharmacology course
• Arrange supportive clinical experiences to achieve course objectives and competencies

Soft Skills

• Able to advise on all stages of the research process leading to dissertation and dissemination
• Ensure compliance with individual and institutional regulatory guidelines

Remote position - based out of headquarters. Preference for someone in the DMV area.
