Description:
The Call Center Representative is a key member of the back-office support team for our Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement program. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a variety of customer service and clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering inbound calls, verifying violation images, validating vehicle information, processing and assisting with payments, and data entry. This position requires a high degree of efficiency, dependability, reliability, and accountability.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• These individuals will be taking calls from citizens who have received a notice about a parking violation
• Provides one-stop resolution and education to the public on programs and services
• Responsible for timely and accurate handling of calls and information, including incoming calls, documents, data entry, scheduling, and mailings
• Displays a positive, professional, and empathetic customer-focused approach
• Utilizes tools and online resources to be confident and competent in the delivery of accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications proficiently
• Maintains programs and technical knowledge related to services for each client
• Exhibits effective communication skills tailored to each audience
• Able to document public interactions in a clear and concise manner
