Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Description: The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for functions relating to the Risk & Security Technical Practice. This responsibility is inclusive of the oversight of personnel, tools (current and proposed), productization, capabilities, sales, and vendor relationships. The Practice Manager will work with clients and partners in our Delivery, Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and other Practices to improve our existing products, identify new or missing offerings, rapidly correct gaps, and better market our offerings for maximum impact. The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting and in some cases managing specific practice-based services that generate consulting revenue ranging from$40M to $70M annually. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Practice Management • Leverage TEKsystems Global Services’ strengths and core competencies to develop a foundational set of services. • Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing considering market trends to derive an optimal portfolio of productized and/or vertical offerings. • Oversee the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects and initiatives. • Monitor project health and reviews deliverables across projects. Resource Management • Resource Allocation & Utilization Tracking • Demand & Capacity Management • Timecard & Payroll Management Performance and Retention Management • Overhead Management • Biannual reviews • Scheduled 1x1’s Industry Understanding • Responsible for the evaluation and potential redesign of practice offerings. • Development and design solutions for premise-based as well as geographically distributed (off-shore) delivery models. • Development of relatively simple, yet thorough messaging around Practice offerings; the fit with our other offerings, the competitive landscape, target client profile, value proposition and differentiation from competitors. • Persistent education and research on relevant industry benchmarks based on size and scale. • Develop systems to measure our performance against industry standards and clearly articulate our successes and challenges. Financial Management • Manage revenue goals set for practice. • Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, and utilization for practice. • Set expectations regarding revenue and profitability projections. Business Development • Work in conjunction with our Sales team on product development and sales support. • Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalize on partnership opportunities. • Provide other Practices, Solution Executives (SE’s), Sales team and Project Management Organization (PMO) ongoing updates on relevant services. Communication: • Serve as key participant in team and client meetings. • Raise our visibility through involvement in local and national industry organizations. • Confronts issues openly and quickly. • Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices. • Tactfully communicate sensitive information. • Handle difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual. Training: • Responsible for build Practice Capabilities, Productization and Team to support our Operational Model • Utilize and engage the Risk & Security Team to develop new areas of capabilities. • Ensure team members are engaging in required training, renewal of certifications, channel partner alliance and criteria. • Align and track and manage requests for our team members on conferences attendance and any additional asks for online training. Vendor Management • Manage relationships with vendors/partners, while maintaining proper control. • Manage vendors to service level agreements (SLAs). • Qualify and select appropriate vendors based on strategic objectives. Required Education and/or Experience: • 20+ years AML / Financial Crimes / Digital Forensics / Identity Access Management / Governance Risk & Compliance / Cybersecurity including Federal, State, Government and Corporate Service Areas, Project Management leadership in solution and implementation-based outcomes, experience in an IT consulting service provider environment. • Certification in Industry standard protocols: i.e., CISSP. CISM, CISA, SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Cyber Ark, PING, CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, MCSE, MCDBA, Security +, CCFA, CGEIT, CDPSE, GCIA, GCED, GSEC, GMON, GCIH, CAMS, CFCS PCIP, CCSP. Program Management experience (i.e., able to manage a portfolio of projects concurrently). • Practice-centric experience required (Governance Risk Compliance Data Privacy, Data Governance, Identity Access Management, Application Security and Security Operation Center AML / Financial Crimes / Digital Forensics experience). • Led large teams to execution and implementation. • Consulting business development experience preferred. • BA or BS degree in a related field, MS preferred. • Proposal and/or Statement of Work development experience. • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred not required. • Six Sigma or Lean (Process Management) preferred not required. • ITIL (Process Management) preferred not required. • 10+ years’ experience in a Professional Services organization. • Experience in consulting and assessment focused delivery. • High degree of confidence and efficacy in hands-on executive presentation (C-suite) and preparation. • Experience working with and creating strong relationships with India and North America & globally based employees/teams. • Project Management experience (understands the importance of control). • Process Management experience (understands the importance of consistency). • Sales Support Engineer/Pre-sales support.
