At V2X, we are making a difference by providing support to programs at NAVAIR . This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition, and sustainment of the Navy's Autonomous Aircraft program . We are looking for a Senior Mission Integrator to support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs by coordinating functions between the government, contractor project leads and engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution. This position is located on-site in Patuxent River, MD and requires the candidate to have an active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
- Work across the functional area customers and the warfighter operational community to ensure gaps and requirements are understood.
- Develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps and detailed schedules incorporating air vehicles, payloads, mission planning, ground control station, etc.
- Support and coordinate cross-functional technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and report team and contract execution / status.
- Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation.
- Serve as the lead for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test and program execution process.
- Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution and recommend modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
- Work with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out year planning for future capabilities, and provide input to road maps for analysis, risk reduction, development and integration of advanced capabilities.
- Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
- Develop, execute, monitor and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.
- Minor (10-20%) travel is required for this position.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management field from an accredited college or university.
- Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms across the acquisition community.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
- Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
