Job Title: Systems Engineer (Electrical Focus)

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with an electrical focus to support a weapon system program. As part of the interface management team, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various data requirements from government and contractors.
• Evaluate change requests against data requirements interfaces.
• Process Proposed Notice of Changes (PNOC) with contractor-supplied data requirements.
• Engage in regular communication with government contractor stakeholders.
• Process and review changes to cabling data interfaces.
• Manage cabling documentation.
• Participate in efforts to innovate data requirements exchanges between government and contractor stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• System integration and analysis.
• Experience with engineering change orders and management.
• Knowledge of data requirements, architecture, and data format.
• Proficiency in interface management.
• Electrical systems experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with office applications and Adobe software.
• Ability to meet deliverables with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Doors and requirements analysis.
