Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Maintain and manages heating and cooling systems, plumbing and electrical systems; escalate mechanical issues.
- Provides repairs as needed and troubleshooting solutions
- Constructs Kitchen displays; this will include all phases of job including removal, installation, and finish trimming. Including building and painting of display walls.
- Skilled use of a variety of both powered- and non-powered hand tools.
- Moves and or assists in transportation of cabinetry and equipment.
- Other general facilities duties.
- Maintenance and or facilities experience required;
- Driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force when moving heavy product, climb a ladder and operate various power tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and construction.
