Description
Engineering Administrator will support the service department specifically on service requests from existing customers. This person will receive service requests via their ticket system and will be responsible for organizing incoming requests and dispatching the required parties to address the request. May have to escalate certain requests based on urgency and work with internal teams to express urgency. - Put together quotes for internal technician to be on-site. - Process PO. Make sure PO matches quote. Using ERP System. - Create service orders. - Verify technicians have what they need to complete service request. (Ex: Request may require scheduling of other tools to complete such as a lift. Need to verify that arrives.) - Collect documentation for repair/issue and close out service tickets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
