Candidates will be be performing pm's, troubleshooting machines both mechanically and electrically. They will need to replace different parts including sensors, motors and tooling. They will be coordinating with other team members during shift changeover to see what needs to be done, with production members to troubleshoot machines and maintenance leader to get the next hottest work order.
They will need to check out machines when they get on shift for processes. Each tech will wear a radio to be able to talk to other personal. PM's are done on a weekly and monthly schedule. When they need to replace a part will need to go into parts inventory and get the part by themselves. Once a work order is complete will need to input into computer system. All machines are automated and have assembly machines and injection mold machines. They would also be responsible for delegating hot jobs with the two other maint techs on shift, prioritization, and reporting to maint sup and production manager.
Shift is 3rd shift m-f 11p-7a OT on fri and double time sat. 50-70 hours.
They get 30 min paid lunch and breaks are very lenient as well as there not abused.
Must be open to overtime and Saturdays.
Shift Premium of $0.30/hour
-Machine Repair (2+ years)
-Troubleshooting ( Figuring out what steps to take when a machine isn't working properly)
-Electrical exp (Basic electrical skills, checking fuses, following wires, up to 480V,)
-Team player (Being able to work with operators to figure out equipment failure)
-Leadership (Delegating tasks, prioritzing duites, reporting back to maint super and manger)
