Helpdesk Support Analyst

The Helpdesk Support Analysts will provide basic-level technical support (software, hardware, processes) to team members via phone, email, and web form.
Logs and documents all necessary information for every customer contact.
Executes incident management for system issues, adhering to established process and SLAs.
Communicates as the face of IT to all areas of the business for incidents.
Escalates system issues to the appropriate support teams when appropriate.
Performs IT request fulfillment based on established SLAs.
Experience working in a corporate Help Desk or call center environment
Basic knowledge using and troubleshooting SharePoint and Office 365
Basic knowledge using and troubleshooting mobile devices such as iPads & iPhones
Basic knowledge using and troubleshooting network connectivity (wired and wireless) for both home and office
Help desk Support, Customer service, Phone support, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Service Desk, Active Directory, Troubleshooting hardware, O365
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This person must have patience as they will be communicated with the majority of non technical end users. They must have a positive attitude, clear communication skills and be able to handle working in high paced environment. They will take roughly 20 calls a day. They use Service Now as their Ticketing System. They will eventually be deploying Cisco phones so experience with Cisco will be a plus.
This person will be remote for the duration of the contract.
