IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

Our client is looking for qualified candidates to support the Enterprise Level 1 Helpdesk. Ideal candidates will have experience with customer support and working experience of general helpdesk responsibilities. Candidates will also need to obtain a security clearance or have had an active clearance within 24 months. The agents will be providing phone support for all persons. There will be no hands-on support.

Candidates will require:
-CompTIA A+ or Network+ or Security+ before they can start
-Must be eligible for us to pick up an IT-III or IT-II clearance or obtain a security clearance
help desk support, windows 10, phone support, vpn, customer service, application support, systems support, A+, A+ Certification, Security+ certification
