As a testing technician, you will guide staff and students through the process of completing a self-administered COVID-19 test.

These roles will include the following responsibilities

looking for responsible, hardworking candidates who enjoy customer service. Our COVID-19 testing sites are set up at various schools and athletic clubs throughout Michigan. As a testing technician, you will guide staff and students through the process of completing a self-administered saliva COVID-19 test.

Registration Attendant:

Primary responsibilities include verifying personal information and working with the Client Liaison to ensure it matches our database, assisting clients with any issues they may have during sample collection, directing traffic and assisting with set-up/take down/clean up of various resources/tools (signage, cones, office supplies) at the collection site. The Registration Attendant will verify the client information, print out the appropriate labels from our database, attach those labels to the tube and outer bag of the test kit, and then pass the test kit to the Client Liaison.

The Client Liaison will then be responsible for the following:

Additional responsibilities include verifying personal information and working with the Registration Attendant to ensure it matches our database, answering the help-line phone and answering client questions, assisting clients with any issues they may have during sample collection, directing traffic and assisting with set-up/take down/clean up of various resources/tools (signage, cones, office supplies) at the collection site. The Client Liaison will interact directly with the clients when they approach the tent, will verify their information, and will then transfer the testing kit to the client.

MUST HAVE: Strong customer service skills, polite and professional. • General computer literacy and proficiency required • Attention to detail. • Ability to speak/write clearly while effectively communicating via phone and email. -Shift availability per designated location

Experience Level:

Entry Level

Shift time: Monday- Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-12pm... Might occasionally be asked to work a Saturday as well.

Pay rate: $15 an hour, 1.5x for OT= $22.50 an hour
