Description:
- Prepare and process contract documents including obtaining internal legal review and certificates of insurance.
- Assist in preparing contract specifications for projects.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as preparing mailings, process and prepare memos, correspondence, marketing materials, or other documents.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information or taking messages as necessary
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them as required.
- Provide information about Client, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
- Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of Client and its core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with computerized phone system preferred.
- Highly proficient with modern computer systems and software applications: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, use and navigation of tool bars and searches.
- Experience with Microsoft Publisher, InDesign or other graphic design software applications is a plus.
- Must have exemplary organizational, customer service and communication skills.
- Have a high level of dependability and an unwavering professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Be a highly motivated team player willing to take on new tasks!
