IT Helpdesk Technician (CompTIA Certified)

Client is looking for multiple, qualified candidates to support the Enterprise
Level 1 Helpdesk. Ideal candidates
will have experience with customer End-user support and working experience of
general helpdesk responsibilities.
Candidates will also need pass an interim clearance check through our company
while onsite in the position (We can onboard someone into the job while the
clearance process is running).

Below CompTIA certifications to Interview for the position:
· CompTIA A+
· CompTIA Security+
can interview for the role if they have passed the A+: 1001 and plan/or
have scheduled to take the 1002
will also need pass an interim clearance check through our company
Desk Phone support / VPN
Windows 7, Windows 10 OS
Directory (user management)
Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
within ticketing systems
requests to the helpdesk and provides remote support and onsite support for
adding and changing of software configurations
support for workstations, tablets, laptops, and phones
