Hours: 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri
6-9 month contract.
This Customer Service Representative will be helping in the customer service department, taking mostly inbound calls from employees of these companies and answering questions about benefits.
Representative will take about 30-40 calls/day and make some call backs. Calls will be recorded and monitored for quality assurance. There will be a 30 second break between each call for documentation time.
Reception: This person will help at the front desk - will vary but expect to be there to help.
