Description:
Core Hours: 8am to 5pm - monday through friday - no OT 3 days on-site, 2 days remote after training - training can take up to 3 months to complete Monday and Friday Remote Tuesday Wednesday adn Thursday On-site Would prefer the candidate to be local to St. Joseph, MI but can also sit out of Jonesboro, AK or Chino, CA Daily management of all customer inquiries, primarily focused on a territory with a set group of accounts. Primary daily tasks will include, but not be limited to: providing customers their order status, customer phone and email inquiries, order changes, order checking, backup for ISR’s, backup for phone coverage. Need to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers and the sales team regarding opportunities, orders, RMA’s and other customer inquiries/issues. • Communicate with customers concerning prices, special applications, returns, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer. • Call customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders. • Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. • Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.) • Provide price & delivery estimates to customers • Immediate response to customers • High organization ability & regimen for follow up of open issues • Work within a territory as team member • Maintain customer master file • Handle customers in a professional manner • Obtain customer feedback information • Capability to Receive and enter phone/e-mail/fax orders • Identify new and better ways to improve efficiency & accuracy • Perform other related duties as required and assigned • Work as a team with team members at all locations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE: - at least 2 to 3 years in a customer facing, account management or inside sales role - mechanical aptitude, ability to know how to put something together. (example: Someone who wants and likes to put a lego set together) - this company makes wheels - strong communication skills (verbal and written) - a lot of phone and email communication - strong computer skills - ability to use the MS Office suite - high school diploma - Associate or Bachelor's is a nice to have NICE TO HAVE: - salesforce experience is a plus - inside sales experience - manufacturing, production experience is a plus DQ's: - job tenure, no more then 3 jobs in the lasst 3 years
