JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Machine support of circuit board building equipment, secondary assembly and testing stations

-Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

- Possess the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide leadership and training for manufacturing operators

- Ensure Production Schedule targets are met

- Perform audits with an understanding of SOP, Process instructions and quality control documentation

- Communication of issues utilizing proper protocols

- Review and record daily production metrics

- Present metrics to team during morning huddle meetings

- Drive effective before efficient culture throughout the department

- Help identify improvements where and whenever necessary

- Perform start of shift/changeover procedures

- Ensure company policies are followed per Vast Employee Handbook

SHIFT:

6am to 4:30pm / sometimes 5am start time and sometimes 5:30pm end time (Monday - Friday w/ an occasional Saturday, 1 per month on average)

MUST HAVES:

- 1-3 years of Maintenance

- Computer literacy- Excel, Word, Aegis

- Self-driven

- Excellent people management

NICE to HAVE:

- High attention to detail

- Critical thinking

- Process driven- Personal and employee adherence to defined processes

- Electronic assembly experience
