EASi is hiring a Payroll Specialist for a permanent role supporting Time and Expense operations based in our Troy, MI office. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring our employees receive superior service and accurate pay. Employees the Payroll Specialist supports include but are not limited to Per Project Consultants, Full Time Consultants and Internal Billable Employees.

The Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be to verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned portfolio. The T&E Specialist will also review, communicate, and ensure compliance with our companies’ policies and procedures. The T&E Specialist will be the liaison between OSG, Project Coordinators, and our corporate partners to ensure payroll and invoicing are accurate and completed each week within the appropriate deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience involving processing, administering or supporting payroll
  • Professional experience involving customer service and/or office administration preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
  • Computer knowledge within Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
