Description:

In need of a Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift: 3:15pm - 1:45am & 5:15pm to 3:45am, depending on scheduling of 8 or 10 hour shifts.

Welding of light pole process:

Candidate will get a drawing, use plasma cutters or grinders to make sure base and pole are ready to be welded. There will be minor assembly to base before welding; inserting cuplings and nipple, then weld base plate onto pole. After poles are welded, they are powder-coated and then painted onsite.

Maintenance support:

Conveyors, paint booth, 6 axis robot, sprayers, sensors, minor plc navigation, projects throughout plant.

50 hours/week on average, Monday - Friday depending on workload 8-10 hours per day & 6 hours on Saturdays. OT paid after 8 hours on any given day. Occasional Saturday work if running more than 50 hours/week.

Level 1: $21.50

Level 2: $23.62

Level 3: $27.80

$1.25 shift premium for 2nd shift

Must:

2 years industrial Maintenance

2 years mechanical troubleshooting

2 years of electrical troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprint/schematic

6 months robot and conveyor experience

Nice:

3+ years of robot and conveyor troubleshooting

Fitting and fabricating experience
