  • FULLY REMOTE Recruiting Coordinator opening supporting one of the largest Automotive OEM's.
  • Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams.
  • Set up ravel arrangements
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters to candidates
  • Initiates and monitors background checks through completion
  • Answers onboarding questions and completes all onboarding tasks
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all onboarding and background check questions and concerns.

  • Completed Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a similar degree
  • 1+ year experience in a Human Resources, Administrative, Coordinator, Recruiting, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count)
