Entry Level IT Support

Seeking support Analyst to assist with an increased call volume due to testing season. This team will be supporting clients as they will be in testing season and need assistance to handle the increase in call volume. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be able to walk a client through how to navigate their systems, and be able to use a database and the internet to find answers. The person needs to have basic computer skills so the person can work in Salesforce setting up cases with customer information. People need to know how to navigate the Web to find information. If they have experience using a CRM system like Salesforce that would be helpful, but Salesforce experience is not essential.
Training will be for 2 weeks starting on Feb 21st. The shift for training and work will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
