Bailiwick is currently seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate I to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling in order to accommodate project needs. The Technical Support Associate I is responsible for supporting all Bailiwick field-based activities including providing support to our vendor partner technicians which requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. This position is designated to provide second level support for selected Bailiwick projects. This position also involves data entry for status and reporting information. Tech Support Roles • 1733 – Tech Support – contract to hire - $23.50-25 per hour, Experience: Cisco, POS, networking needed, Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9pm-5:30am – position can be within or out of MN (Remote outside MN) • 1724 – Tech Support – contract to hire, $23.50-25 per hour, Experience: networking, Cisco, IP Camera, broad IT skills – Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9:30pm-6am – must be willing to come to office • 1729 – Tech Support – contract to hire - $23.50-25 per hour, Experience: networking, IP camera – Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9pm-5:30am – position can be within or out of MN (Remote Outside MN) • Req. 1736 – Tech Support – contract to hire – we would like to see candidates who can either come into our office full-time and in addition are accepting candidates out of the state too – take home pay: $23.50-25/hr – shift: 10:00pm-6:30am, Sunday-Thursday – skills: networking, troubleshooting over the phone, specifically IP Cameras, Cisco certification, network certification a plus
