Currently seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate I to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling in order to accommodate project needs.
The Technical Support Associate I is responsible for supporting all field-based activities including providing support to our vendor partner technicians which requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. This position is designated to provide second level support for selected projects. This position also involves data entry for status and reporting information.
Any knowledge or understanding of CCTV will be a plus.

Top Skills Details:
1) 1+ years of Help Desk Experience
2) LAN/WAN experience supporting CCTV and POS systems.
3) Experience with External Support to vendors
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills. They will be supporting external users so will need to be comfortable with this.
