Candidates will be working in two different areas: They will work in either assembly or the mulling department. In the assembly department they will be putting components and weather stripping into the windows. Others will be ensuring the seal is tight and they will be using small hand tools to perform these duties. Candidates will be standing for their entire 10 hour shift in an assembly line because each person relies on the person behind them.
In the mulling department candidates will be building the wooden frames around the windows so they are ready to be installed directly into homes. They will be using power tools and staple guns to perform this job. Candidates will be standing for their entire 10 hour shift, however will be working independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 6+ months of previous assembly, construction, landscaping, packaging, or general labor experience.
Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
Must have 6+ months of hand tools experience
Must have 6+ months of construction, carpentry, or industrial assembly experience
Must have 6+ months of power tools experience
Must be able to read a tape measure
