Assembly of different subassembly systems for trolling motors, down riggers, & stationary anchors.

Use of different hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, & directions for daily assembly of products.

Visual inspection of all products to make sure they are assembled correctly. Quality checks.

Packaging of products in plastic sleeves & Styrofoam cut outs.

Palletizing of finalized product.

Lifting up to 50 Lbs through out the work day.

Documenting some information into the company data base as time according to product they are working on.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

No experience needed. Must be comfortable using and tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, & directions.

Will need to pass a reading test. 1st shift position!!
