The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting, checking in, scheduling and assisting the patients of HCMC. The candidate will be either in charge of checking in patients within their ET department, Dental or pediatric department.
This role will interact with patients every day and work in a fast-paced environment. This person will use dual monitors in the clinics and will navigate EPIC, MS Office, and other HCMC internal resources. The Medical Receptionists are also responsible for verifying and gathering insurance information, collecting copay, scheduling patients, answering phone calls, and other administrative duties.

Candidates must be open to hours between 6:30am-6pm, 7:30am-4pm, and 8:30am-5pm. Candidate may be asked to come in to work any of the shifts if someone on their regular staff doesn't show up to work. They will have the opportunity to work 5-10 hours of overtime each week if one of the original HCMC staff doesn't show up to work.
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm, 7:30am-4pm, or 8:30am-5pm.
