The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and completion of various downstream marketing projects as assigned by the Director of Downstream Marketing as well as providing support for members of the Interventional Urology Marketing Teams. Major Areas of Accountability: · Supports the Downstream Marketing team in their roles working within the Marketing Teams and other internal departments to coordinate efficient and timely production of materials and programs. · Facilitates, fosters and promotes smooth and open communication between multiple teams and personalities to achieve on time completion of projects and provides regular status reporting for all marketing ops projects · Facilitates routing, approval and editing of all contracts and agreements, adhering to Legal and Regulatory processes and standards · Works with vendors to assist in the production of marketing communications material · Provides administrative support for the marketing department Other responsibilities as assigned.
