Financial institution located in Minneapolis, MN is seeking 5 Mortgage Loan Servicing representatives to start on 5/3/2020. The openings are for the loan sale team, loan sale is a sale, by a bank, under contract of all or part of the cash stream from a specific loan, thereby removing the loan from the bank's balance sheet. Responsibilities of Position Will be working in the Final Documents Will be spending 100% of the day looking through mortgage documents on a computer Will be searching/researching information in 5 databases Will be contacting Attorneys, courts, and Mortgage companies requesting missing information Will be working a pipeline of loans and entering notes and information into systems
