Work Environment

Corporate Headquarters with free parking. Dress is business casual and you will have an open cubical with dual monitors in this call center environment. There is a lunch room with multiple fridges for everyone to use. They have pot lucks and really try to create a happy work place.

SHIFT DURING TRAINING FOR 2-3 WEEKS: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

SHIFT AFTER TRAINING: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm

Description:

Answer 40-50 inbound and 10-15 outbound calls from customers

Document customer information accurately

Determine needs of customer

Follow scripts to guide customer next steps

Schedule glass replacement and repairs

Provide customer information to repair center

Follow up with the customer
