NOW HIRING for Telesales Reps!!! These positions will be fully in office, MUST LIVE in MN!!! Please do not apply if you don't reside in

MUST HAVES:
1 year of customer service experience, can be from retail, serving, or a call center
6 months of MS outlook experience can be from school/work they must be able to send and respond to emails
PREFERRED
experience making outbound calls
Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers
- Educate customers on company's services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing for customers
- Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
- Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions
Pay:
$20-22/hr
Shift:
Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. There is some flexibility because of customers on East and West Coasts.
