This will be a sales support position - When someone on the sales team makes a sale, this person will help process the paperwork for invoices and getting things entered into the system. Sales coordinator will be heavy on data entry and paperwork supporting behind the scenes. they process the paperwork and the call orders after the sale has been finished.
Majority work will be processing pricing requests, invoice requests, quotes and other administrative tasks such as shipping, checking emails, phones, keeping sales people on top of leads and fax information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Systems they look for - Microsoft outlook, excel and work - utilizes an inhouse system that they will have to learn - This takes 4-6 months of training. Looking for someone completely organized, someone who has been in sales support before - higher level
