Looking for a flexible candidate that is also a timely, dependable and detail oriented individual. Typing and 10 key skills are a must. Accuracy is critical for success. Work 40 hours per week Thursday-Monday, for the 2nd shift: 1pm - 9:30 pm shift. This role will involve learning multiple processes including scanning, paper prepping and computer indexing. An uploaded resume is required. Hours: 2pm-10:30pm They will be cross trained in bank work and Employee records prepping. Candidates will be opening and sorting mail in the morning. They work until all mail is opened and sorted. Performs fairly routine general clerical tasks that require basic research or problem solving skills. Duties may include: processing payments, tickets, online entries, documents and/or items; researching and clearing suspense items; researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems; calculating or balancing routine accounting entries; researching straightforward customer issues; collecting data on logs and reports; sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items; performing various data entry tasks. Works under direct supervision following established procedures. They will scan documents and perform data entry. This department handles employment paperwork: new hire paperwork, performance plans and disciplinary letters.
