Client is looking for a technician with both hands on and over the phone technical support experience. They will be responsible for supporting tier 1 support tickets that come through Track IT ticketing system. This technician will need experience with supporting both hardware and Windows OS issues as well as printer set up.

• 1st Project they would be switching 100 machines from their old MDM management tool to Intune – Rebuild and reset machines – Roughly 3-4 machines per day

• Will also handle operations and over the phone support once the project is complete – Currently backlogged on some tickets.

• Know a little about Microsoft products and troubleshooting issues – Windows 10, O365, etc

• Know some Active Directory and setting up/taking down users.

• Do not need to have Intune experience since there will be training and a script.

• Procure, configure and install computer systems and peripherals

• Provide restorative or maintenance actions on hardware or software to resolve customer issues

• Escalate service desk tickets to the next level of support, in a timely manner, when necessary

• Record and track equipment requests

• Execute and document standard operating procedures for Desktop Support duties

• Other activities as assigned by the supervisor

• Candidate must be detail oriented, prompt, timely, organized, a team player, and able to work alone.

• Must be willing to learn new technology.

• Customer support must be courteous, friendly, confident and clear.

• Demonstrate flexibility and ability

• Will start out as a 6 month contract with a potential to go full time if a full time role opens up.

• 1 position for certain, could possibly have 2 spots open.

• Local Candidates - Currently on a hybrid schedule.
