Description:

This a standard scheduling and customer facing position. This front desk associate will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and transferring those calls to appropriate department i.e. Services, Maintenance, Billing, etc.

The job site is a traditional car dealership, so candidates in this role need to appear business professional and be willing to great customers in a manner that will best represent the dealership.

Additionally, in this role will be tasked with reading Excel spreadsheets, gathering invoices (NOT creating them) and delivering those documents to the appropriate departments.
