This company is currently looking for Prospecting Development Reps to generate new leads for the sales department by calling on organizations to find out who are the decision makers to buy Mendix low code software (Mendix is a low code software that will allow an easier development of phone apps and websites for organizations, it will capture data, move data, and manage the data). Could be calling on variety of different industries for people who could use this product, government, hospitals, construction, etc.
Under general direction, markets products/services via the telephone, email, and LinkedIn. Contacts prospects to present and explain company products and services in the effort of setting a follow-up appointment which is taken by a different employee. Will have access to Zoom info and Discover org.
Partner with one of the 100+ companies that sell Siemens software to develop a campaign to target a specific industry in US/Canada.
Target industry for particular program, put together target company lists within Salesforce and certain reps within the team will get assigned to the campaign.
Use Salesforce call sheets to make calls.
Start with targeting 3-4 contacts per company with calls, template emails, Linked IN Sales Navigator In Mail.
Overcome objections and find pain points, along with proper decision makers during their communication
Use various prospecting tools to identify additional contacts within target companies, or research proper point of contacts to ensure a successful touchpoint
When a potential opportunity has been identified, individual will create a Suspect Opportunity in Salesforce that will be routed to team leader.
Upwards of 45k in hourly pay with additional bonus potential of 20k

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of sales experience Sales experience could be Outside Sales, Phone sales, Marketing Sales, B2B or B2C sales. Experience asking probing questions, fighting through objections, prospecting new contacts Aptitude with technology.
Must have a bachelors degree
