The CNC Machinist will be performing set ups, tooling adjustments and changeovers, as well as running and operating Haas 3 axis vertical mills. Will also perform minor program edits when necessary.
Other Job Duties May Include:
*Run and operate 3-axis Vertical Mills (Haas)
*Set up, run and read programs for CNC vertical mill and lathe
*Perform all tooling change overs and adjustments
*Performs quality checks on all parts
*Help out in manual machining dept if needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have the following:
*Minimum 5 years of CNC Machining experience; MUST have at least 3-5 years of recent experience on Haas vertical machining centers
*MUST have experience with cnc set up, adjustments and tooling change overs
*MUST have minimum 3 years experience reading and editing G Code Programming
*Must have experience with quality control of parts and working with tight tolerances
*Ability to work with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring devices
*Good job tenure
*Manual machining experience is a plus however not required
*Horizontal and Vertical Saws, Drill Press, Radial Arm Drills, Press Brake experience is a huge plus however not required
