Job Description:
• Professionally answer incoming phone calls & direct callers to the appropriate team members
• Prepare next day’s logistics paperwork for warehouse personnel
• Direct incoming & outgoing trucks to and within the STL facility
• Direct incoming parcel packages within the facility
• Order and replenish office supplies
• Support New Hire Onboarding and Orientation
• Assist in coordination of office events and celebrations
• Additional administrative support as needed
Skills:
SAP, Microsoft Office, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Experience in customer service, with proven interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task, work independently on assigned tasks, and take initiative
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. SAP experience a plus.
