TEKsystems has a client that is looking for a 100% remote ServiceNow Demand Manager.
• Handling ITSM requests – intake requests coming into team for updates and enhancements are being handled in demand management; that process needs to be streamlined and managed more closely than it is today and this person will be someone that can help with that
• Experience with ServiceNow demand management + reporting (can create reports)
• Coach on business case development within demand management so that when we are developing these things the demands being qualified and approved have the right information and are accurate (day to day)
• Need help automating the process (reporting) and notification process that is highly manual so need to do a bit more notification and reporting
• Gathers detailed business requirements and understands what is being requested
• Coordinates delivery of the Proposal development
• Understands the overall status of request, and escalates appropriately as needed
• Provides status to demand requestor and stakeholders as needed
• Ensures resources are secured across delivery performers to deliver fulfillment of demand request
