They do complete changeovers, pretty simple process.
Not a ton of PM’s – will be some cleaning (called autonomous maintenance ) when they are doing changeovers (will be trained)
General housekeeping, keeping floors clean and area clean
Quality – all visual. There will be standards on each product, QA gives line operator paperwork for do’s and don’t and must have and must nots – compare paperwork to what they produce. Set up printer with the correct date. Set the line up with what the instructions they have visually printed in their hand
HMI - Make corrections on the machine and complete basic data entry
Food manufacturing – they are wearing surgical masks, no jewelry, no fingernail polish
How big are these teams? Shift change is about per crew there’s about 100.
