Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: St Louis, Missouri 63132 (On-Site for now, but could be remote

after 3 months)

Start Date: 8/7/2023

Pay: $16.50/hr

Hours: Must be open to any hours, however this role should not go later than 9:00pm.

Job Description

1. Customer Service Representatives will serve as the primary contact for Correction customers. Customers will call in to place orders and address general questions for packaging programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.
2. This opportunity will require reps to spend 95% of their time handling phone calls.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to meet availability requirements that include, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
2. Ability to attend two-week training from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday
3. Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
4. Prior customer service experience preferred
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Professional and upbeat telephone voice
