What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in daily warehouse operations, ensuring outgoing orders are staged, verified, and loaded with precision. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing, wrapping, and loading products—especially molding, doors, and millwork
- Performing walk‑through inspections to confirm strapping, accuracy, and load quality
- Pulling will‑call orders and customer pick tickets with strong attention to detail
- Completing cycle counts, physical inventory, and processing route returns
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards
- Supporting the Door Shop and Casing departments when needed
This role is perfect for someone who likes staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring
- Experience in warehouse operations or general labor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners
- Comfort with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of picking, packing, loading, and inventory control
- A safety‑first mindset and willingness to learn

Your Work Environment
You’ll work in a brand‑new, clean, and organized wood shop with supervisors who stay on the floor and support the team. The facility is designed for safety, efficiency, and smooth daily operations.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
