Description:
• Promptly answer phone calls (100/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services
• Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics
• Process internal and external referrals
• Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources
• Verify and update patient demographic information
• Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate
• Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year call center experience, does not need to be within healthcare
