We are seeking applicants for a Process Engineer in our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is a White Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America.
Principle Responsibilities:
Principle Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in the areas of optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
- Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur.
- Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
- BS Degree in engineering required (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science, or Environmental).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Co-op or Intern experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Starting salary range for position: $85,000 to $127,200.
