Civil Engineer

We are excited to meet a seasoned design engineer and project manager seeking an extraordinary opportunity as a civil engineer and project lead. The right applicant will serve as the primary client contact and oversee projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for projects.
• Oversee projects from conception through completion.
• Apply innovative design practices to obtain project entitlements.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies.

• Experience with civil engineering, particularly in site development.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Office 365 software.
• Professional Engineer license to practice (or eligibility to be licensed) in the State of Minnesota.
• Engineering design experience on small, medium, and large-scale projects.
• Utility design experience for water distribution and sewage collection systems.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to embrace new and unique management practices.

This is an in-office position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $62.50/hr.
