Hours – 7:30am to 4pm; Monday to Friday – flexible if needed

It would be ideal if candidates are able to work onsite 1-2 days/week.

Basic job description:

Provide administrative support to department management. Helps manage workflow, meet service expectations, and fulfill the division's strategic initiatives for the enterprise:

• Monitor emails and identify urgent requests

• Maintain department/manager calendars and schedule meetings

• Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports on behalf of management

• Compose, edit, and distribute department communications

• Research and obtain information for special assignments

• Provide back-up support for other administrative assistants as needed

Additional skills requested:

• Team player – ability to partner with other administrative assistants on various tasks

• Multi-tasking

• Confidentiality

Previous office/meeting planning experience preferred
