đ What Youâll Do
- Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment
- Perform all makeâready tasks, including mounting plates or installing print cylinders
- Inspect plates/cylinders for imperfections and verify correct image alignment
- Prepare web paths and make precise tension and register adjustments
- Execute color corrections and anilox adjustments before production runs
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, performing minor repairs as needed
- Complete periodic maintenance per manufacturer recommendations
â What You Bring
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience with printing procedures, materials, and press equipment
- Ability to read and understand job specs and press capabilities
- Strong skill in web path setup and fineâtuning adjustments
- Experience with routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google applications)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Aquaflex, Comco, or Webtron presses
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Solid understanding of flexography and machine operation

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
The total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. This company offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts. They are willing to relocate someone for 5K.
