Job Title: Construction Estimator
Job Description
Perform, lead, and oversee project cost estimating. Continue to develop and refine historical cost data. Coordinate with PM/PE team to assist with estimate reviews and submissions. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to prepare accurate estimates.
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience estimating projects for a Commercial General Contractor as an Estimator
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Strong math and analytical skills
- A thorough understanding of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
Work Environment
In-Office daily spending time in estimating only.
Compensation:$130000
