Job Description
Opening for a collaborative and organized individual to support the core operations functions at our Roseville, MN location. This role will work cross-functionally to assist in a variety of administrative needs. The successful applicant for the role of Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the location. • Monitor the front desk and loading dock to receive visitors, contractors, and deliveries; assist in shipping and receiving activities. • Assist the Core Operations team to implement new processes to improve business efficiencies. • Partner with the facilities manager and site-operations team to accomplish administrative tasks including monitoring inventories, ordering supplies, recordkeeping, and performing routine safety inspections. • Collaborate cross-functionally, including with HR, IT, Facilities, Safety, and functional managers to support employee recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, and offboarding activities. • Support meeting and event coordination for customer visits and office activities. • Commit to ongoing professional development, enhancing knowledge of operational processes and technological advancements.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Roseville, Minnesota.
Work Environment
We are looking for 40hrs./week - Typically, I would like the core hours of M-F 8:30 AM-3:30 PM covered daily on M-F with some flexibility on either side of that for start/stop times. There may be occasions where an earlier arrival may be needed to assist with receiving contractors/guests to the site. There may be occasional support needs by the facilities manager to triage off-hours, weekend, and holiday facilities alerts. In office - front desk and throughout.
