Forklift Operator – Cottage Grove, MN.

Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts, Monday–Friday

Pay Frequency: Weekly

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team immediately. This role offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Read and interpret schedules to meet daily operational goals
• Load and unload trailers and railcars while following all paperwork processes
• Perform visual quality inspections to verify unit and truck counts
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality control

Qualifications

• Proven experience with clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to read and interpret schedules accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment
