Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

Focus on sustaining processes and equipment through improvement and restoration activities. Serve as an active team member within assigned Operations value stream. Provide Product and/or Process-specific Subject Matter expertise in support of decisions and activities. Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities to restore and improve processes and equipment. Lead Manufacturing Engineering experiments in support of Manufacturing Technology improvements identified to be critical to advancement of the Product and/or Manufacturing Technology Roadmaps. Train Engineers, Technicians, and production employees on products, processes, procedures, and equipment. Assure that equipment is operating properly, correct and/or report malfunctions, and may assist others in complex set up/repair operations. Identify and address process and equipment availability / up time gaps to improve process capacity. Support implementation of new equipment and technology for process execution and/or analysis. Manage your own time, prioritize workflows and be accountable for own results. Train Technicians and production employees on products, processes, procedures, and equipment.
